But I also have to say the people who also helped our colleagues in the Ukraine, of different countries, and in the end, all the people in ING who really made a big difference this year also in difficult circumstances.

Continuation of the increase of mobile usage, making banking easier for customers. This year, we had 1.4 billion mobile transactions. That's an increase of 62% compared to the previous year.
