The company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and currently employs 0 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2005-12-02. The firm operates through two segments: Logistics and Marketing and Gathering and Processing. The Logistics and Marketing segment includes transporting, trading, marketing, storing natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs), and fractionating NGLs. The Gathering and Processing segment consists of gathering, compressing, treating, processing natural gas, producing and fractionating NGLs, and recovering condensate. Its NGL services include plant tailgate purchases, transportation, fractionation, flexible pricing options, and price risk management. Its NGL pipelines transport NGLs from natural gas processing plants to fractionation facilities, petrochemical plants, and a third party underground NGL storage facility. The company provides its producer customers with gathering and processing services that allow them to move their raw (unprocessed) natural gas to market.
