The Trust is principally engaged in the rental of immovable properties. The Trust focused on investment on securities and properties, such as Project Terminal 21 Shopping Center. The Trust is managed by Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited (the Manager), SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Trustee and L&H Retail Management Company Limited acts as the Property Manager.
