The company went IPO on 2020-08-20. The Company’s investment asset is the sublease rights of land and properties of Bangkok Free Trade Zone (BFTZ) project which includes warehouses and factories for rent. Its project area is divided into two zones: general zone and free zone. BFTZ project is located on Bangna-Trad Road. BFTZ project has four types of buildings to accommodate different tenants' needs, namely Prefabricated Warehouse Building, Stand-Alone Factory, Mini Factory and Building Built-to-Suit. The Company’s investment manager is Prospect REIT Management Company Limited.
