Don Agro International Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the cultivation of agricultural crops and production of raw milk in Russia. The firm is engaged in the cultivation of agricultural crops and production of raw milk. The company operates under two segments, namely Crops and Livestock. Crops Segment includes production and sale of agriculture produce in the Russian Federation, mainly winter wheat, sunflower and corn. Livestock segment includes the breeding of dairy cows for milk production and sale of livestock. Its operations are principally located in the Rostov region. Its second operating division in the Volgograd region. The company has a total controlled land bank of 67,340 hectares, of which more than 54,420 hectares are arable land. The company owns approximately 17,200 hectares of its controlled land bank. The firm's subsidiary is Don Agro LLC and it operates three production divisions in the Rostov region, namely, the Northern production division, the Western production division and the Eastern production division.
