The company went IPO on 2000-08-29. The firm manufactures and distributes personal, household and commercial products across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. The firm operates through two segments: Owned Brands and Contracted Brands. Its Owned Brands segment owns and manages a range of brands in the Australian and New Zealand markets, including White King, Country Life, Jiffy, Janola and Sunlight. The operations of this segment include manufacturing, wholesale and management of these brands. Its Contracted Brand segment provides contract services, including manufacturing and distribution to external brand owners. This includes manufacturing of private label products for retailers, contractually manufactured products to specification for external fast-moving consumer goods companies and distribution of products for Duracell batteries.
