Its investment portfolio includes The Metropolis Tower, Prosperity Place, Trendy Center, New Treasure Center, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, Harbourfront Landmark and Prosperity Center. The REIT is managed by ARA Asset Management (Prosperity) Limited.
