IMPACT Silver Corp. engages in the exploration, development, and mining of silver properties. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The firm is engaged in silver mining and related activities including exploration, development and mineral processing with two processing plants on adjacent districts within its 100% owned mineral concessions covering approximately 2,11,000 square meters in central Mexico. The firm operates through two segments: Canada and Mexico. Mexico segment includes the Company’s mining operations and exploration properties. Canada segment includes head office and group services. The company has produced approximately 10 million ounces of silver. At the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver District, three underground silver mines and one open pit mine feed the central Guadalupe processing plant. To the south, in the Mamatla District, the Capire processing pilot plant is adjacent to an open pit silver mine with a mineral resource of approximately 4.5 million oz silver, 48 million lbs zinc and 21 million lbs lead.
