The Trust’s objectives are to mobilize funds raised from investors and loans from financial institutions to invest in leasehold rights to land and Mercury Tower and invest in 99.99% of the shares of Exchange Tower Limited, which owns land and Exchange Tower. The Exchange Tower is located at 388 Sukhumvit Road, Klongteoy sub-district, Klongteoy district, at the Asoke intersection, Bangkok. Mercury Tower is located at 540 Ploenchit Road, Lumpini sub-district, Patumwan district, a corner of Ploenchit Road and Langsuan Road. The firm's subsidiaries are Exchange Tower Ltd and Exchange Connection Ltd. SCCP REIT Company Limited is the REIT Manager of the Company.
