In 2007, Naphtha Israel Petroleum Corporation Ltd expanded its activities from local petroleum and gas exploration to the United States by acquiring Five States Energy Company LLC. The acquisition introduced the Company to oil and gas explorations in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. The Company’s subsidiaries include Isramco Oil & Gas, Unikurs Kft, Bivvy Kft, Stars Invest S.R.O., Isramco Properties Gmbh, A.M.S. Gmbh, Potsdamer Gmbh and Potsdamer KG Limited and several other subsidiaries. Naphtha Israel Petroleum Corporation Ltd. is also active in the real estate sector, it has investments in high yield properties in Israel and Europe and it operates two hotels in Berlin, Germany.
