The company is headquartered in Chiyoda-Ku, Tokyo-To and currently employs 173 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2004-02-19. The firm operates in three segments. The Office business segment provides support service for office creation and operation, such as project management for relocation, new construction and renovation of offices, building of information-communication technology (ICT) and datacenters, and others. The CM business segment provides support service for construction and operation of facilities such as buildings, schools, medical facilities, commercial facilities, railway stations and others, using CM methods. The CREM business segment provides Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) service for optimization of corporate assets, such as management and operation of fixed assets, multi-site elimination and consolidation, as an outsourcer.
