The company is headquartered in Suzuka-Shi, Mie-Ken and currently employs 391 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2013-06-27. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the dealing of both new cars and used cars, as well as the recycling of automobiles. The firm operates in two business segments. The Automobile Sales Related Business segment is comprised of new car division, which sells and repairs new cars and imported cars as a regular dealer; used car division, which sells, purchases and repairs used cars; service division, which provides automobile inspection and maintenance services, as well as others division, which includes car rental and sales business. The segment also is also involved in the provision of automobile insurances, such as automobile liability insurance and voluntary insurance, as a casualty insurance agency. The Automobile Recycling Business segment consists of dismantling of end-of-life vehicles, sale of recycled products and reused parts.
