Its portfolio also includes investments in owner occupied seniors housing properties, in which the Company owns the real estate and provides management services through its subsidiary management company, Commonwealth Senior Living. The firm's portfolio consists of 96 properties with approximately 6,000 units, 8,000 beds, and 580,000 square feet of medical office buildings across 18 states and two Canadian provinces.
