The Company’s customers are mobile network operators, wireless telephony and data transmission providers, companies engaged in implementing electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) and commercial banks. As of December 31, 2011 it had three subsidiaries, including Suntech Technologies Inc, BillNet SA and 5M Square Sp. z o.o. On January 4, 2013, the Company sold its entire stake in 5M Square Sp. z o.o.
