Its investment objective is to acquire and invest in commercial properties primarily in Malaysia to provide long-term growth and sustainable distribution of income to unitholders and to achieve long-term growth in the net asset value per unit. Its portfolio includes Quill Building 1 DHL1, Quill Building 4 DHL2, Quill Building 2 HSBC, Quill Building 3 BMW, Wisma TechnipFMC, Part of Plaza Mont Kiara, Lotuss Building Penang, Platinum Sentral and Menara Shell. Its Quill Building 1 DHL 1 is a four-storey office building together with a sub-basement and basement carpark. The company is located about 40 kilometres by road to the south of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Its Quill Building 4 DHL 2 is a four-storey office with a sub-basement and two-level basement carparks. Its Quill Building 3 BMW is a four-storey building together with one level of sub-basement and one level of basement carpark.
