The firm offers its services in four key industries: automotive, electronics, consumer goods and industrial goods and operates through two segments: Lila Consult and Lila Operating. The Lila Consult segment focuses on logistics process design and process optimization, and offers solutions within five core consulting fields: strategy and conception, locations and routes, material flow and layout, warehouse and packaging, as well as inventory management. The Lila Operating segment supplies operational logistics services in the three logistics segments procurement, manufacturing and distribution logistics. The firm operates through subsidiaries in Germany and Poland.
