The firm operates through three segments: Australia, New Zealand and Rest of World. The Australia segment has retail distribution operations, air ticketing, wholesale & inbound operations and travel management operations. The New Zealand segment has retail distribution operations, air ticketing & consolidation business, wholesale & inbound, and travel management businesses. The Rest of World segment consists of an inbound travel business in Fiji, and Tourist Transport Fiji (TTF), being a vehicle transport service provider in Fiji.
