The company went IPO on 2004-08-20. The firm operates through three segments based on the nature of the product/service: its distribution division, which sells prepaid wireless airtime; its call center and its Financial Services division, which provides prepaid debit card services. Its corporate and Government facing MasterCard programs include infrastructure, such as a large POS footprint, which allows consumers to fund their cards. Its programs have been deployed across multiple Corporate and Government organizations. Its mobile banking platform, Twifty provides credit card processing, Ecommerce processing, Corporate disbursements, fraud and risk management, invoice management, and dispute resolution.
