The Company’s subsidiary includes Summit Coal LP, which owns metallurgical coal leases for Mine 14 and Mine 16S located north of Grande Cache, Alberta. The Mine 16S is located approximately 30 kilometers northwest of Mine 14 and represents over 1,792 hectares total area of coal leases.
