TTP273 is an orally available, small molecule glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, which is focused on treating postprandial hyperglycemia in cystic fibrosis related diabetes (CFRD) patients and cystic fibrosis patients. Its products pipeline also includes Nrf2/Bach1 Modulator Program.
