The company is headquartered in Minato-Ku, Tokyo-To and currently employs 594 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2001-09-21. The firm operates in two business segments. The Distribution segment is engaged in the provision of live streaming, on-demand streaming and customization of applications accompanying distribution use. The Production and System Development segment provides websites, distribution systems, video production and commissioned production of content. The firm is also engaged in the provision of integrator work such as encoding equipment for multi-channel operators and cable television (CATV) operators, as well as the provision of sale channels for services similar to advertising agencies related to video advertising.
