The firm's development pipeline assets include a topical pan-Lysyl Oxidase (LOX) inhibitor in development for scar revision, keloid scarring and scarring from burn wounds; a series of Lysyl Oxidase Like 2 (LOXL2) inhibitors targeting fibrotic diseases of the kidney, lung, liver, and heart; and an anti-inflammatory dual Semicarbazide-Sensitive Amine Oxidase (SSAO)/ Monoamine oxidase B (MAOB) inhibitor targeting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
