The firm is conducting Phase I/II clinical trial for gavo-cel to treat patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer, malignant pleural/peritoneal mesothelioma and cholangiocarcinoma. Its other product candidates include TC-510, GPC3 and IL-15, which focuses on solid tumors, and CD70, which focuses on renal cell carcinoma. Its TC-510 is a TRuC-T cell targeting mesothelin-expressing solid tumors which incorporates a PD-1:CD28 chimeric switch receptor.
