The firm operates its business in two reportable segments: University Partners Segment and Zovio Growth Segment. The Company’s University Partners Segment includes the technology and services provided to colleges and universities to enable the online delivery of degree programs and related goods and services. The Company’s Zovio Growth Segment includes its other subsidiaries, including Fullstack and TutorMe. The Company, through Fullstack, offers both full-time and part-time technology bootcamps. Zovio, through TutorMe, provides online on-demand tutoring services through hourly and access license contracts.
