The On-Campus Participating Properties segment includes six on-campus properties that are operated under long-term ground/facility leases with three university systems. The Development Services segment offers services for student housing properties owned by colleges and universities, charitable foundations, and others. The Property Management Services segment includes revenues generated from third-party management contracts. ACC’s property portfolio consists of 166 properties with approximately 111,900 beds.
