Its segments include New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Boston, and all other office markets. Its primary objective is to generate long-term stockholder returns from a combination of steadily growing cash flows and appreciation in its net asset values, through the acquisition and ownership of office buildings located in high-barrier-to-entry markets. Its portfolio consists of office properties located primarily in Central Business Districts (CBD) within high-barrier costal office markets (gateway markets). The company owns approximately 15 operating properties and four properties under development or redevelopment.
