Its segments include Hospital Properties, Nursing Home and Care Facility Properties and Medical Centre Units. Its portfolio includes about 56 properties. Its properties include Mount Elizabeth Hospital Property, Gleneagles Hospital Property, Parkway East Hospital Property, Bon Sejour Yokohama Shin-Yamashita, Palmary Inn Akashi, Sompo no le Nakasyo, Maison des Centenaire Haruki and Hapine Fukuoka Noke, among others.
