The company offers products under the Company brand name BK Technologies. Its SaaS service, InteropONE, is a Push-to-talk-Over-Cellular (PTTOC) SaaS service, which provides emergency incident commanders the capability to establish group push-to-talk communications between at-large smartphone users directly from their smartphone. Revenue Growth: BK Technologies reported third quarter revenue of $24.4 million, up 21% year-on-year, driven by strong federal order activity, particularly from the USDA Forest Service.
Margin Expansion: Gross margin reached 49.9%, up from 38.8% in the same quarter last year, benefiting from a higher mix of the BKR 9000 multiband radio and earlier price increases.
Profitability: Net income rose 46% from last year to $3.4 million, with EPS of $0.87 per diluted share. Non-GAAP adjusted EPS was $1.27.
Cash Position: Cash and cash equivalents increased to $21.5 million, up from $7.1 million at year-end 2024. The company reported no debt.
