The company is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas and currently employs 133,000 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2016-08-01. The firm operates through two segments: Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and Client Solutions Group (CSG). The ISG segment enables the digital transformation of the Company’s customers through its multi-cloud and big data solutions, which are built upon a modern data center infrastructure. The ISG segment has a portfolio of advanced storage solutions, which includes traditional storage solutions, as well as next-generation storage solutions, while the Company’s server portfolio includes performance rack, blade, tower and hyperscale servers. The CSG segment includes sales to commercial and consumer customers of branded hardware and branded peripherals, as well as services and third-party software and peripherals. The CSG segment also offers attached software, peripherals, and services, including support and deployment, configuration, and extended warranty services.
