Navamedic ASA has three subsidiaries: Observe Medical, a Swedish medical technology company; Vitaflo Scandinavia AB, which focuses on in-licensing and buying pharmaceuticals and other healthcare products within a few selected knowledge areas; and Navamedic ehf, which builds its business around the sales and marketing of generic pharmaceuticals targeted towards the Nordic and BeNeLux markets. The Navamedic business unit is built upon the cooperation with the South African pharmaceutical company Aspen Healthcare. The Company’s largest shareholder is Nobelsystem Scandinavia.
