The Trust is an owner, manager and developer of distinctive urban workspace in Canada's cities and network dense urban data centers in Toronto. The Trust's business is providing knowledge-based organizations with distinctive urban environments for creativity and connectivity. The Trust operates in seven urban markets in Canada, which includes Toronto, Kitchener, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. Its urban data centers are comprised of properties operating similar to data centers and colocation facilities.
