The company is also engaged in an exploration and option agreement whereby the Company is granted the option to lease and to conduct exploration on mineral rights (WUSA) located in Oregon, United States. Its subsidiaries include Clonbinane Goldfield Pty Ltd., Mawson AB and Mawson Oy, among others.
