The Company’s principal business is to acquire, own and manage office, retail and industrial properties in select markets across Western Canada. The properties are externally managed, administered and operated by Melcor Developments Ltd. (Melcor). Its portfolio consists of interests in approximately 39 properties representing approximately 3.22 million square feet of gross leasable area located Alberta and in Regina, Saskatchewan, and Kelowna, British Columbia. The Company’s growth strategies are to acquire and improve. The company continues to execute on this by improving assets with value-add investments and strategically growing its portfolio. Its relationship with Melcor, with a right on the commercial properties they develop is a key competitive advantage. Melcor has approximately five million square feet in planned commercial developments.
