Elon Musk's xAI and Nvidia to Build Major AI Data Center in Saudi Arabia

Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company, xAI, announced plans to build a large data center in Saudi Arabia. The project will be developed in partnership with Humain, a Saudi state-backed AI venture. The data center will use advanced chips produced by Nvidia, a leading technology company.
The facility is planned to have a power capacity of 500 megawatts and will include hundreds of thousands of Nvidia chips. xAI will be the first customer for the new data center, which is expected to support major AI computing operations.
The announcement was made at a U.S.-Saudi investment forum in Washington, D.C., where Elon Musk and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang discussed the project. The event follows meetings between Saudi officials and U.S. leaders.
