Samsung Launches World’s First Triple-Folding Smartphone, the Galaxy Z TriFold
Samsung Electronics has unveiled its first multi-folding smartphone, the Galaxy Z TriFold. This new device folds inward twice, creating a three-panel design with a large 10-inch inner display.
The launch comes as competition in the foldable phone segment intensifies, especially with Chinese brands and reports of Apple planning its own foldable smartphone.
The Galaxy Z TriFold also features Samsung's largest battery in its flagship models and supports super-fast charging, reaching 50% battery in 30 minutes.
Unlike previous foldables, the Z TriFold folds twice and opens to reveal a large, three-panel display.
Samsung is introducing the TriFold as competition in the foldable phone market heats up and other companies, like Apple, prepare to launch their own foldable phones.
It can reach 50% battery in just 30 minutes thanks to its super-fast charging capability.
