The Company’s principal activity is engaged in exploration for gold and copper deposits. Its projects include the Marymia Project and Lamil Project. The Marymia Project is located approximately 160 kilometers south of Newman in the eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia and covers approximately 3,600 square kilometers. The Marymia Project area is located within trucking distance of the Plutonic Gold Mine and the Degrussa Copper Mine, which also provides prospective for both copper and gold. The Lamil Project covers approximately 1,280 square kilometers and over 90 kilometers in length and is located midway between the Telfer gold-copper mine and the Nifty copper mine. The Lamil Project is located within the prospective Paterson Province of remote Northwestern Australia and it also consists of two Exploration Licenses (E45/5270 and E45/5271).
