The company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia and currently employs 28 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2008-02-20. The firm is focused on its two rare earths projects in Western Australia. Its segments include Yangibana Project and Brockman Project. Yangibana project covers an area of approximately 650 square kilometers and is located 270 kilometers (km) east-northeast of Carnarvon on Gifford Creek Station in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The company holds interest in approximately six mining leases, two prospecting licenses, 11 exploration licenses, five general purpose leases and 13 miscellaneous licenses. The company also holds approximately 70% interest in three mining leases, eight exploration licenses, and two general purpose leases through a joint venture. The Brockman Project is centered approximately 18 km south-east of the gold mining center of Halls Creek in the East Kimberley Region. The project comprises a mining lease application that covers 10 prospecting licenses and one exploration license.
