The Bendigo-Ophir Project covers approximately 251 square kilometers in the Central Otago goldfields and over 90 kilometers northwest of Oceana Gold’s Macraes Gold Mine. The Cuitaboca Project is located in Sinaloa State, Mexico and consists of the Mojardina, Jesus Maria and La Lupita prospects. The Mojardina and Jesus Maria prospects are situated in the south and the La Lupita prospect is situated in the north of the Cuitaboca Project. The Cambodia Project consists of over two exploration licenses targeting gold, which are Phnom Kthung and Snoul. The Phnom Kthung exploration license covers approximately 210.75 square kilometers and has three prospects: Skar, Central and Oh Tron. The Snoul exploration license covers over 198 square kilometers with gold anomalism associated with granodioritic intrusives into the sedimentary rock sequences.
