The company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. The company went IPO on 2012-07-19. The firm primarily involved in the development of a lithium and tin project in the Czech Republic. The firm operates its lithium and tin project through its subsidiary, Geomet s.r.o. The company controls the mineral exploration licenses over the Cinovec Lithium/Tin Project. Geomet has been granted a preliminary mining permit by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Industry. An initial Probable Ore Reserve of approximately 34.5Mt at 0.65% Li2O and 0.09% Sn has been declared to cover the first 20 years mining at an output of approximately 22,500tpa of lithium carbonate. The deposit has previously had over approximately 400,000 tons of ore mined as a trial sub-level open stope underground mining operation.
