Record Quarter: Lumax Industries reported its best-ever quarterly performance, with revenue up 18.7% year-on-year to INR 1,053 crore and EBITDA margin reaching 10.6%.
Profitability: EBITDA grew 57.3% YoY and PAT rose 39% YoY, even after a one-time labor cost impact of INR 15.9 crore.
Margin Expansion: Margins improved due to operating leverage and higher content per vehicle; management expects double-digit EBITDA margins to be sustainable and targets 12% in two years.
LED Shift: LED lighting now makes up over 61% of revenue, up from 52% last year, and 81% of the order book is LED-based.
Strong Order Book: Current order book stands at INR 1,759 crore, with new wins from Tata, Mahindra, and TVS.
CapEx Acceleration: FY '26 CapEx guidance increased to INR 350–400 crore (from INR 220–260 crore), mainly to expedite new plant projects supporting future growth.
