The company is headquartered in Toyonaka-Shi, Osaka-Fu and currently employs 2,130 full-time employees. The firm operates in four segments. The Japan segment manufactures and sells hoses, sheets, molded products and others. The Americas segment, Southeast Asia segment and China segment produce and sell hoses and molded products. The hoses division is engaged in the manufacture and sale of household hoses, which are used for vacuum cleaners, washing machines and air conditioners, as well as industrial hoses, which are used for general industrial, civil engineering and housing purposes. The rubber sheets division is engaged in the manufacture and sale of sheets, which are used in packing and shock-absorbing materials, as well as the manufacture and sale of door mats. The molded products division is involved in the manufacture and sale of automobile parts, such as rubber molded items and resin molded products.
