ADLER Real Estate AG engages in the acquisition, management and sale of residential and commercial properties. The company is headquartered in Berlin, Berlin and currently employs 786 full-time employees. The company went IPO on 2008-02-25. The firm operates through two segments: Rental and BCP. Through the Rental segment, the Company holds a real estate portfolio of more than 62,000 residential units (with a small share of commercial units) for permanent letting, with focus on small to medium-sized residential units, located mostly on the edges of large conurbations in northern and western Germany. The company also offers property and facility management services through its subsidiaries ADLER Wohnen Service GmbH and ADLER Gebaeude Service GmbH respectively. The BCP segment comprises the property portfolio of Brack Capital Properties NV, which consists of more than 11,000 residential units with a focus on larger cities in Germany, as well as commercial space and development projects.
