The company owns a portfolio of office properties located in select urban/urban-like submarkets in the Greater Washington, DC/Baltimore region. Its portfolio includes approximately 184 office and data center shell properties encompassed 21.6 million square feet. The company also has approximately 19 properties owned through unconsolidated joint ventures. The company conducts all its operations and own all its assets through an operating partnership, Corporate Office Properties, L.P. (COPLP) and subsidiaries.
