The primary objective of the REIT is to provide holders of units an opportunity to invest in a portfolio of MHCs located in United States markets. The company has a portfolio of MHCs, comprising lots located in the states, including Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee. The firm owns a fleet of manufactured homes for lease to residents. The firm also owns a 13-acre manufactured housing resort community (MHC) located in Northern Ohio.
