The Fund's range of activities includes the full scope of investment banking activities, including all forms of financing (IPO/SPO, private placement, debt financing, mezzanine) and M&A transaction advisory as well as the purchase of valuable papers issued by Treasury, investing in other securities, managing purchased shares and units and granting loans to other bodies registered and performing in Poland. The company also provide public relations services. As of December 31, 2011, the it operated five subsidiaries, Rubicon Partners Corporate Finanse SA, Rubicon Partners Services Sp. z o.o, Rubicon Partners Doradztwo Podatkowe Sp. z o.o., ActivSanus SA and Quaestor SA.
