In September 2013, the Company sold its all shares in Lithuanian Glass Recycling UAB, which represent 50% stake in LGR. In December 2013, the Company established new wholly owned subsidiaries, Krynicki Glass Recycling OU, Estonia and UAB Krynicki Glass Recycling, Lithuania.
